Please Accept Our Apology

Due to circumstances beyond our immediate control the Bungendore Wood Works Gallery website was inaccessible for much of December 2017.

The complicated world of Internet provision and domain name intricacies saw us lose our website over the Christmas and New Year period and we offer our sincere apologies for that.

Our people looking after the website and the maintenance of our extensive web site content and computer systems worked tirelessly to track the long and winding road to recovery of the site and restore it to your screens.

So what have you missed while we were off the air?

On 16th December Mr. Dick Smith AC opened a wonderful exhibition of collaborative work by Marquetrist Michael Retter and Fine Woodworker Scott Mitchell.

The pair first worked together some 20 years ago when fitting out an old Railway Carriage situated on Dick Smith’s property near Canberra. However the exhibition runs until the end of February and full details are now on the web site.

We also missed displaying our extensive range of Wood and Fine Arts (that offer excellent ideas for innovative gift giving), available on line during the outage. These were in the main unavailable through the Site, and this facility is now fully restored.

Again, our sincere apologies, and we look forward to again providing you with our goods and services into and through the New Year.
