These tables were made initially as a result of a client commissioning a breakfast table on castors based on the design of one of our display tables. We decided to make two smaller versions thinking this would allow more flexibility and serve as a display for kitchen stools in the gallery.
One table is made in ebonized Jarrah, with facets planed back to reveal the red of the Jarrah. The other table is made from European Beach. Both tables have options for a shelf that can be placed just under the top to allow for stools, or lower down for utility storage.
The swivel castors are pretty jazzy, each has a brake, and we sourced them from Doug Mackett & Company, Tolerance, California, USA. Of course if a client prefers different castors, or no castors that is easily arranged
