We are now exhibiting and selling work by ACT Wood Worker Robin Cromer.
Robin's interest in woodcraft began in his teens, first making wooden skis with his father, both for personal use and for sale in local Canberra sport stores. He went on to have a successful career in forestry research, initially with private enterprise and later with CSIRO. During the 1980s he was involved in establishing the ACT Woodcraft Guild. After retirement, Robin found time to re-join the Guild (2005), becoming Vice President and President for two years (2009-10). And in 2013 was made a life-member of the Guild.Read more

For the Anzac Day commemorative rugby match between the Brumbies and Chiefs we were commissioned to make a bespoke Kip to fit two Anzac Centenary commemorative coins from the Royal Australian Mint.
In lieu of the coin toss, a quick game of two-up was played to decide the kick off.
And well done Brumbies! It was a great win:)

John Sharman is one of this Gallery’s most prolific artists, not only in terms of the large body of work he has produced during a professional career spanning some 35 years, but also in terms of sales.
His followers are usually not satisfied with just one piece and return each time John exhibits here, to catch up with his latest artistic ventures into the Australian landscape. One of his most recent trips was to the Flinders Ranges in August 2013, staying two weeks at the Rawnsley Park Station that faces the southern slopes of Wilpena Pound.Read more

I stumbled upon your gallery on a recent motorcycle ride from Sydney to Turross Heads (not quite the most direct route). What a surprise/shock! I thought I had struck gold. I was overwhelmed by the Hannah cabinet and your gallery. I loved the dovetail joint display in the front window. I was so inspired. I am now becoming sleep deprived reading all I can on wood working, bench designs, vises, hand tools etc. I have long had an interest in woodworking. Discovering your gallery and the Hannah cabinet have kick started my journey. A huge thankyou to all at the gallery for your great work.
