Tanya Stubbles has had her artwork Lovers in the Grass selected for the Salon des Refusés, the Alternative Archibald and Wynne Prize Selection, exhibition at the S.H. Ervin Gallery. Her Constructionist artwork in mixed media was selected from over 750 entries, it is a great achievement and honour to be shortlisted.
The selection panel for the Salon des Refusés goes behind the scenes of the judging process for the Archibald and Wynne prizes at AGNSW, to choose an alternative exhibition from the many works not selected as finalists. The criteria for works selected are quality, diversity, humour and experimentation.
Tanya Stubbles has several artworks at Bungendore Wood Works Gallery and has participated in exhibitions.
